Check-in time is at 4:00 PM, and check-out time is at 11:00 AM. We can offer early check-in or late check-out depending on availability, so please contact us if you need to make special arrangements.
Yes, we offer free parking for our guests at our properties. Typically, we offer one to two parking spaces per guest. Please let us know if you have special parking needs and we will do our best to accommodate you.
The pet policy for each property is located in its’ individual listing description. When allowed, we accept pet dogs for an additional fee of $25 per pet/ per night. Please give advance notice if you are bringing a pet dog(s) with you.
We provide a thorough cleaning of the property before your arrival; and additional housekeeping services can be arranged for a fee. If you require extra towels, linens, or other amenities during your stay, please contact our staff and we will be happy to assist you.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of booking or 60 days or more prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made between 30 and 60 days prior to the arrival date will receive a 50% refund of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the arrival date are non-refundable. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any cancellations or interruptions to your trip.
Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside or outside on the property. Any evidence of smoking inside the home will result in a minimum additional cleaning fee of $500.
