UrPlace Augusta, Suite B is 1,300 SF and one of 5 units in the 1st apartment house built in Augusta’s prestigious area, Summerville. It is just 2.5 miles from The Augusta National. Rent alone or with adjacent 2BR and/or 1BR apartments for larger groups (Up to 7 BRs, 4 BA). Pet dogs can stay for $25/night/pet. Its’ original 1900’s character with hardwood floors & high ceilings is mixed with modern glam decor & many amenities. AND, it’s CENTRAL to everything you need to enjoy your stay!
SUITE B is a 1,300 SF, seven room, 1st floor, 2 BR 1 FULL BATH apartment with ample off-street, well-lit parking and private front and rear entrance. Get social with us on IG @_urplace . Pets are allowed with advance notice for $25 each per night. See House Rules for more info about pets. Bedroom 1 has a king bed and Bedroom 2 has a queen bed. Both bedrooms feature ornamental fireplaces and ample closets. A third room with a couch that converts to a twin bed is also available, as are two other couches. The bath room is complete with original claw foot tub and shower. The modern, galley style kitchen is equipped with dishes, cutlery, microwave, dishwasher, disposal, Keurig coffee maker, walk-in pantry and original built-in china cabinet. Just off the Kitchen is a large, well-appointed Dining Room that comfortably seats 8 people! The spacious, front porch is a great place to relax with a glass of wine while enjoying the view of the quaint, historic homes on the tree-lined street below!
The famed Augusta National Golf Course is a mere 2.5 miles away and can be accessed without having to navigate Washington Road, which is heavily trafficked during the Masters tournament. You can also easily walk to nearby, highly-acclaimed, local restaurants and bars only blocks away. Our favorites are Sheehan’s Irish Pub, Arsenal Tap Room, Indian Queen Bar, Beck’s and Midtown Tavern. Surrey Center, for more local restaurants and shopping, is very close by as well. Or you can head downtown to enjoy the nightlife that is just minutes away by car, Uber or Lyft!
UrPlace Augusta, Suite B is located just 2.5 miles from the world- famous Augusta National, home of The Masters golf tournament. It is also minutes away from Augusta University, Medical College of Georgia, University Hospital and Fort Gordon. Nearby Monte Sano Avenue, Surrey Center and Daniel Village provide specialty shopping, restaurants, beauty salons, nail salons, package shops, groceries, banks and pharmacies. The area is also fortunate to have Lake Thurmond and the Savannah River nearby, so water sports are abundant. You can rent a kayak, paddleboard or canoe and explore the Augusta Canal. At Phinizy Swamp Nature Center, you can go on a hike and look for wildlife. FATS is a great set of trails for mountain biking enthusiasts, trail runners and just the casual nature hike. Need a bike? We have a few that you can use!
The location is also convenient to main access thoroughfares and the city bus line is just a block away. Uber and Lyft also serve the Summerville area.

Summerville is a beautiful neighborhood for walking and sight-seeing. The History Walk on the historic Augusta University campus is a must-see and is located a short walk away. Nearby Walton Way is lined with mansions dating from Augusta’s heyday as a winter resort town for wealthy Northerners. There are also churches of various denominations and synagogues within walking distance. Families with children can enjoy many small playgrounds in close proximity.
SUITE B is modern, private, spacious, safe and quiet and has everything you need to make your stay comfortable: large beds, PaknPlay and full-size crib, nice linens, (2) desk areas, fast WiFi and smart HDTV for accessing Netflix, Hulu, Pandora, etc.

Pet dogs are allowed with advance notice. Please give size and breed of pet dog and acknowledge willingness to pay pet dog fee: $25/night per pet dog and to follow pet dog rules:
Pet dogs must be house broken and crate trained.
No pet dogs on beds or furniture.
No pet dogs to be left unattended.
No using kitchen bowls or towels for pet dog.
Clean up after your pet dog, use potty bags and place in exterior garbage can.
Remove any pet dog hair left behind by your pet dog.
Follow these rules and I will mention your pet dog favorably in your review!
Remove decorative pillows and pillow shams from beds when sleeping. Extra sleeping pillows are kept in the bedroom closet if needed. If pillows or shams are damaged during your stay because this rule is not followed, costs to replace will be incurred.
Please observe quiet time from 10pm to 7am. No parties or events allowed.
Commercial use of the space, in particular photography, is NOT allowed without prior written consent from the host. Fee for commercial use of the space is $75 per hour and will be charged as an extra expense if guest is found violating this house rule during or after stay. This includes “girl trips” hosted by photographers in my home.
Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside or outside on the property. Also, do not burn candles, mine or yours, in the apartment. The ones provided are for display only.
No overnight visitors allowed other than those on reservation. No commercial clients (this includes photography) allowed without permission from host.
Always keep doors and windows locked when leaving the apartment.
Fold bed comforters down to foot of bed when sleeping. Use the blankets provided if extra warmth is needed. If bed linens are soiled during your stay because this rule is not followed, costs to dry clean or replace will be
Please do not launder any bed, bath or kitchen linen. I’m happy to provide clean linens when needed and prefer to wash my own linens.
Please do not burn any candles, mine or yours, in the apartment. The ones provided are for display only.
